A wonderful tree with outstanding brilliant orange fall color. Keith Davey Oakley is reported to be a favorite, especially in California gardens, where it was developed. This male form is easier to keep and shape. A must for the Southern garden that longs for fall color. This tree may be an ugly duckling in youth, but give it a year - you'll be pleased. Mature height is around 35 feet under cultivation, and width is 30 feet. Tolerant of a wide range of soils and is very drought tolerant.
